Tai Chi Chuan
A gentle, low impact aerobic exercise, tai chi chuan is sometimes called a 'moving meditation' because of its ability to promote a sense of balance and well-being though flowing, dance-like postures.
Tai Chi classes include instruction in qigong, and in the 108 movement tai chi chuan form.
Tai Chi classes are conducted in a quiet and meditative atmosphere.
